To Strengthen the Health Response, YBM BRILiaN Provides Assistance to Hundreds of Earthquake Survivors in NTT
East Manggarai, NTT — Yayasan Baitul Maal BRILiaN (YBM BRILiaN) continues to strengthen its disaster response efforts for communities affected by the earthquake in East Nusa Tenggara. From August 20–22, 2026, YBM BRILiaN provided healthcare services to residents of Waso Village, Satar Kampas Village, North Lamba Leda Subdistrict, East Manggarai Regency.
The provision of healthcare services is part of YBM BRILiaN’s disaster response efforts to help meet the needs of communities affected by the earthquake. During the emergency response period, access to healthcare is a critical need for communities in the affected areas.
The healthcare
services reached hundreds of beneficiaries with varying health conditions. Of the total 292 beneficiaries, 130 were patients with mild illnesses, 60 with moderate illnesses, and 102 with severe illnesses.
Through these services, YBM BRILiaN strives to be closer to the affected communities and provide support tailored to on-the-ground needs.
