To Strengthen Personal Potential, YBM BRILiaN Holds an Onboarding Event for Bright Scholarship Awardees

JAKARTA — YBM BRILiaN RO Jakarta 1 held a welcome and orientation event for beneficiaries of the Bright Scholarship program. The event, titled “Onboarding Awardees of the Bright Scholarship Batch 12,” took place on Wednesday (November 4) at the Qlola Room in the BRI Jakarta 1 Regional Office Building. The location was chosen so that participants could meet in person with the management team at the regional office headquarters.

The event was attended by Mr. Fandi Imawan, a member of the YBM BRILiaN RO Jakarta 1 Advisory Board; Mr. Adilaksana Sukaryono, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ms. Sulaimah Dismawati, a member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nuryadi, SPV; as well as staff members and educational facilitators. A total of 24 selected students from the Jakarta State University (UNJ) and the University of Indonesia (UI) participated in this event with great enthusiasm.

Building Commitment and a Passion for Learning
The implementation of this event served as a significant milestone in welcoming the new awardees while also marking the first step in fostering motivation and commitment. Through this onboarding event, the students are expected to become more familiar with the Bright Scholarship mentoring environment, which is comprehensively organized by the institution.

The event proceeded smoothly and in a warm atmosphere, beginning with an inspirational message from the Board of Trustees of YBM BRILiaN RO Jakarta 1. The session continued with a presentation by the Chair of the Board and the SPV of YBM BRILiaN RO Jakarta 1, who provided in-depth insights into the values of leadership and social responsibility for the young generation of workers who are zakat recipients.

Appreciation and Hopes for an Outstanding Generation This program focuses not only on financial support for education but also on building strong character. The awardees were enthusiastic about taking advantage of this opportunity to strengthen their bonds and get to know the board members and mentors better.
