YBM BRILiaN Provides Emergency Support for Firefighters in Sintang Amid Haze Crisis

SINTANG — YBM BRILiaN Banjarmasin Regional Office (RO), through the BRI Sintang Branch Office (BO), organized a humanitarian effort in Sintang Regency on Tuesday (9/1). During the event, the organization distributed smoke-related emergency aid to firefighters. This rapid response initiative targeted the Buserba (short for Buru Sergap Api or Fire Suppression) Team at the Sintang Fire Department command post.

Protecting the health of firefighters was the primary motivation behind this aid distribution. Therefore, YBM BRILiaN RO Banjarmasin distributed 100 health kits
and 20 oxycan cylinders to 120 beneficiaries. These health kits are expected to help protect the firefighters’ respiratory systems while they are surrounded by smoke.
