YBM BRILiaN Jakarta 1 Equips Smart Scholarship Awardees Through the Life Planning Canvas

JAKARTA — The YBM BRILiaN Jakarta 1 Regional Office (RO) held a regular mentoring session titled “Life Planning Canvas” for high school Smart Scholarship recipients on Sunday (Aug. 16). The event took place online via the Zoom Meetings platform to accommodate awardees spread across various regions.

Working Together to Map Out a Roadmap for the Future

This virtual training session featured the Head of the University of Indonesia (UI) Dormitory, M. Aditya Rizky, as the presenter, accompanied by an Education Facilitator from YBM BRILiaN RO Jakarta 1. In his presentation, the speaker guided the students in mapping out their aspirations, educational goals, and self-development strategies in a structured manner using the Life Planning Canvas
method. This mapping serves as a concrete guide for high school students in setting priorities and designing strategic steps toward higher education or their dream careers.

Boosting Enthusiasm Through Interactive Mentoring

A total of 60 Smart Scholarship awardees participated in the entire training series with great enthusiasm and actively engaged in the sessions. The participants absorbed the material well because the topics discussed were highly relevant to their journey of self-discovery and preparations for the future.

In addition to receiving regular mentoring to hone their skills, the awardees also receive monthly merit-based stipends, opportunities for national and international networking, and involvement in various social projects—all part of a comprehensive scholarship program.
