YBM BRILiaN Zakat Administrators Seal 2026 Commitment to Integrity and Good Governance

JAKARTA – A series of activities under the YBM BRILiaN Zakat Administrators Communication Forum (Forkom) 2026 was officially concluded with the collective reading and signing of the Amil Commitment. The event, held in the Ballroom of the BRILiaN Tower, Jakarta, on Saturday (31/01/2026), was attended by the entire Board of Management and programme implementers.
Prior to the signing, Chairman of the YBM BRILiaN Board of Management, M. Dadang Permana, read aloud the key points of the commitment, which were then repeated in unison by all participants. The agenda served as a reaffirmation of the institution’s resolve to uphold professionalism and clean governance (Good Corporate Governance) as it enters the 2026 work year.
Six Principal Commitments
The commitment document outlines six critical points mutually agreed upon as the operational foundation for YBM BRILiaN zakat administrators:
1. Committed to implementing all laws and regulations governing zakat, infaq, sadaqah and other religious levies (ZIS-DSKL) and to adhering to the zakat administrators’ code of ethics.
2. Actively promoting good corporate governance practices while avoiding fraud and any reprehensible conduct.
3. Refusing any form of gratification, directly or indirectly, that could potentially violate established provisions.
4. Executing the Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAT) in an optimal, procedural and accountable manner.
5. Prioritising the public interest and avoiding conflicts of interest in every task performed.
6. Cooperating fully in efforts to resolve any violations and to uphold the law should breaches occur.
The signing constitutes a preventive and strategic management step to ensure that every YBM BRILiaN Amil operates strictly within regulatory corridors, safeguards the trust of muzakki (donors) and mitigates institutional risk.
